Saturday Adventure Series: Wild Edibles

Wild plants have been on the menu for years.  Join us as we explore Shangri La to search for wild edibles and learnto prepare them. This is a family program. Please note that there are potential allergy risks associated with eating wild plants. 

Join us for an informative natural history lesson at Shangri La. Classes involve hands-on learning and the exploration of the natural world.

All Saturday Adventure Series programs are free. Seating is limited, please RSVP at 409.670.9799. Program participants meet at the admissions window prior to starting times.
