What's Bugging You?

Summer Camp
Grades 5,6

Come and learn about the good, the bad, and the ugly.  We will set bug traps in search of creepy crawlies and use nets to catch butterflies and other insects.  Through crafts, games and hands-on activities, students will learn about insects, spiders, and other arthropods.  Get ready to play with the good, recognize the bad, and be amazed at the ugly.  There will be a field trip during this camp to the Houston Museum of Natural Science to see the amazing Cockrell Butterfly Center and Live Insect Zoo!

Application and pre-registration is required; space is limited to insure a low student-to-teacher ratio.
