This Saturday, we’ll take a look at the wide and delicious world of mushrooms. We will discuss different local species of fabulous fungus, and then collect some to study while we munch on fungus from the grocery store.  Bring your baskets, forks, and a healthy appetite for this fabulous fungi time!
