Online Registration Form

By proceeding with this online registration, I request that I be considered for placement as a volunteer for the Shangri La Volunteer Program, in a position to be determined by the Volunteer Coordinator or other Shangri La staff. I acknowledge and agree that the completion of a volunteer application is one aspect of the overall application process and that additional paperwork and orientation will be required before volunteer status is conferred.

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Program would be solely on a voluntary basis and would not confer on me any employment status. I further acknowledge that Shangri La is under no obligation to accept my offer of volunteer service and may terminate the use of my volunteer services at any time without notice.

I understand that I must conduct myself in an appropriate and professional manner in order to participate as a volunteer of the Program, and I agree to comply with the rules and policies of the Program as may be further provided. I understand that my volunteer application may be subjected to a background investigation through federal, state and/or local law enforcement agencies.

I certify that the information that I provide as part of this online registration process will be correct and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I understand that misrepresentations or omissions may be cause for my immediate rejection as an applicant for a volunteer position or my subsequent termination as a volunteer.
