Workshop: Butterfly Gardening with your Students

Synopsis: During this workshop, teachers will learn how to create a butterfly garden to attract both butterflies and caterpillars. You will also learn about butterfly behaviors, the life cycle, and related activities.

Synopsis: We have everything you need to get "up to your elbows" in dirt! We'll make ribbons and rainbows, mud-slides, and then we'll do the erosion shuffle. We'll also examine rocks and the rock cycle. Join us as we learn about soil color, texture, porosity, percolation, weathering, erosion, and rocks!
