This is a TRUE Story!

A guest arrives at Shangri La and is immediately greeted by a smiling volunteer who directs her to the ticket office.  The guest is then directed to another helpful volunteer who gives her directions on the best way to visit the gardens.  Upon entering the Exhibit Hall, another genial volunteer welcomes her and gives a short history of Shangri La, usually some little tidbits not talked about in the exhibit displays.  This cheerful volunteer guides them into the Theater and then shows them a film.  As the guest leaves the Theater, if she shows any confusion, a helpful volunteer offers her assurances and points the way to the Gardens.
